By using the Site and taking part in any photography sessions offered, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The Business reserves the right to adapt this Privacy Policy periodically, as it sees fit. These changes will be reflected automatically on the Site. For any potential orders to be made via credit/debit card we will need to know your name, email address, delivery address, billing address, payment details, and contact telephone  number. This information will not be shared with others outside of our organisation, unless you require your order to be shipped directly to you in which case it may be neccessary for key elements of this information (name, delivery address etc.) to be shared with our chosen courier.

During/Prior to your session, as part of our contract and our model release documents, we will ask you for model’s name, contact details, model’s address and model’s date of birth. These are required for legal reasons; models name and age will only be shared outside of The Business with your express written permission.

We may use a range of methods to contact you, if you choose to stay in touch via mobile or email, we may use those contact details to respond to you.

 

Group Images

If you have taken part in a group photograph, you agree that you do so voluntarily and on the basis that your image may be displayed on Site or any other website and in printed publications and made available for purchase by other customers, and may be used by us for promotional purposes. Your participation in the photograph will be taken as your consent.  Due to the number of people involved in a group photograph, you will not be able to withdraw your consent once the photograph has been taken.

 

Online Data

When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect additional information about you, such as the type of internet browser you use, any websites from which you have come to the Site and your IP address, which is automatically recognized by our web server.

You cannot be identified from this information and it’s only used to assist us in providing an effective service on the Site.

We may disclose your relevant personal information to assist us in providing the service we offer, processing transactions, fulfilling requests for information, receiving and sending communications, updating marketing lists, providing support service and other tasks occassionally when necessary. Baby Buntings Photography, our contractors, suppliers and service providers will only use your information to the minimum extent necessary to perform any necessary functions in order to process your orders and transactions.

 

Prevention of Crime

We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or to prevent fraud and cyber crime, protect the Site or the rights, property or personal safety of our staff and or clients.

Baby Buntings Photography reserves the right to store images for upto 7 years. Occasionally images may be stored indefinitely, in the event they may be needed to prove copyright or if shot for portfolio building purposes.

We try to make your interaction with our Site a seamless experience. Cookies are small pieces of information which are fired across to your computer when you visit our site. Those cookies track your use of the Site. We may also use Third Part Cookies. Google Analytics is used to track our Site performance and the patterns of our site visitors.
